Tile Regrout
Shower Regrout
Not all leaking showers need to be regrouted: if a problem is noticed soon enough, it can be fixed with a silicone replacement. However once the water has risen up the walls and tiles and left over a long period, the grout’s structural ability to repel water breaks down. Due to Perth’s high calcium water, this causes significant damage to your bathroom and the problem becomes magnified.
Homes with a lot of structural movement can cause the grout to crack and break down. Once the grout is cracked it becomes porous. Excessive discolouration of your grout and or high mould is a sign that the leaking shower has been left too long and must be regrouted.
Once the grout in your shower has become discoloured or mouldy then a regrout is the only way to get the grout back to the original colour. By regrouting your shower we can prevent future damage and restore your shower to its original state!
